WHAT SERVICES DOES RADDISH PROVIDE?
The specific services that we provide for our clients are comprised of five major areas: Search engine optimisation, social media marketing, web development, email marketing and content creation. We help businesses find an audience online that is looking for their services, reach that audience with their services, and turn that engagement into a meaningful long term relationship.

HOW IS RADDISH DIFFERENT FROM OTHER AGENCIES IN SWITZERLAND?
We are small business specialists and have the technical know how based on years of building successful small businesses from the ground up (Many times with little to no capital). We are an inbound marketing agency and put our efforts into pursuing companies that we believe in and would like to work with. We are set apart by the level of experience our team offers and our track record of success with small to medium sized enterprises and localised marketing.

WHAT KIND OF COMPANIES DO YOU WORK WITH?
Exclusively with small Swiss businesses that turn over less than 3 million CHF per annum. We want to make a difference to small companies that can't afford a full digital marketing team, SEO experts and Web Devs.

HOW DOES RADDISH MANAGE TO KEEP ITS PRICES SO LOW?
With proprietary back-end systems that allow us to streamline the development, growth and maintenance of our clients brands. Our systems allow each of our Web Dev's to build, manage and maintain up to 40 websites.

WHO IS MY POINT OF CONTACT?
Each of our clients have an inbound marketing consultant assigned to their account. This person will be your main point of contact. Your consultant is responsible for co-ordinating and communicating with the SEO Manager, Social Media Manager and Web Developers that are assigned to your brand.

HOW DOES THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
We provide a brand building service that is designed to provide ongoing updates and services for our clients. Because the service we provide is more then just designing a website we require a one year subscription with an affordable monthly payment for our services, this subscription goes to pay for the website and brand building services throughout the year.

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE END OF THE ONE YEAR SUBSCRIPTION?
At the end of the year once the website has been paid for our clients have the option to either continue with us for a reduced fee per month. Alternatively they are welcome to take over the maintenance of the website themselves. In which case we provide them with the website on an easy to use platform which enables them to make updates and changes themselves (You will need to organise your own website hosting in this case).

CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ANYTIME?
All of our subscriptions are "non-binding" and can be canceled at anytime with no penalties.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY WEBSITE IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If you decide you aren't happy with the service or need to cancel you subscription you have the following options:</br>1) You can pay out the remainder of the website design cost (Total Costs: Basic Package - CHF900 / Complete Package - CHF1200 / E-commerce Package - CHF5000), and we will provide you with all of your login details and your website / shop setup on a simple to use platform.<br>2) If you don't want / need the service and don't want your website any longer, we will take the website down (We keep a backup of our clients websites for up to one year after they cancel their contracts) and close all accounts associated with your business.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES AT ANYTIME TO MY WEBSITE?
Each package includes a certain amount of monthly hours for maintenance, updates or pricing changes. You are welcome to request changes at anytime on your website, and we will happily do the updates for you.

WHAT IF I NEED URGENT CHANGES?
When changes are requested by any of our clients we move their monthly website maintenance hours to the front of the queue to ensure that their requests are handled quickly. Generally any requested changes are made within 48 hours.

IF I HAVE USED UP THE HOURS IN MY PACKAGE CAN I STILL HAVE CHANGES MADE?
If you run out of hours and need updates or changes made to your website that can't wait until the following month you can pay for them at hourly rate of CHF30. Once we receive your request we will quote you on the amount of time required for the changes, once accepted the amount will be added to your monthly invoice.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
At checkout on our website you can select either a monthly debit via credit card, Twint or einzahlungsschein which we will email or post to you on the last day of the month.
